Return Policy:

Any unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for a refund or store credit. The purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment OR given as store credit. We will not accept returns after 30 days or the return of opened products.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Order Cancellation:

Orders that are cancelled after online payment has been processed will be subject to a 6% processing fee. To avoid the processing fee, the funds can be returned in the form of store credit.

Custom Orders:

If you need to cancel or alter a Custom Order, it may be done as long as production has not begun. After production has begun, we cannot cancel any Custom Orders.
