If you have made an error with your order or change your mind about a product purchase at Pak-man.com, you will need to contact us right away to catch the order before shipping or delivering the product(s).otherwise, you may be responsible for covering the costs of shipping even if returning the product(s). Defective product(s) will either be refunded or exchanged for the same product(s) only. There are NO REFUNDS after a 30 day timeframe.

Most refunds will be processed with no action from you.  To request a refund, please call Pak-Man Packaging & Supply Co. 713-977-6811. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your purchase by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
